Beach House Facilities and Bedrooms
The house offers open plan living areas with all four bedrooms en-suite. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob, and oven. Dining room seating for 8 to 10 people. A balcony taking in the mountain views with an outdoor gas braai and a firepit downstairs for those traditional braais.
We have added a splash pool and fully enclosed entertainment area with a large patio table. Ample secure parking.
Upstairs offer two en-suite bedrooms with an open plan living area and a closed combustion fireplace for those chilly evenings. The balcony with a gas braai overlooks the beautiful mountains.
Downstairs now boasts two en-suit bedrooms leading onto the newly enclosed entertainment area with a new fire pit and slash pool.
Secure enclosed parking and within walking distance to the penguin colony at Stony Point.
